1. Data user
Fund Hong Limited, Unit 1104, 11/F, Winfield Commercial Building, 6-8A Prat Avenue, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, money lender licence number 1953/2025, is the data user in respect of personal data held for our lending relationship with you.
2. Processor
We appoint finEm Limited to host and operate the finEm Ledger application and related systems as our contractor, solely to display your records to you after wallet linking and to read public blockchain state for verification. finEm is not the lender.
3. Personal data we use for the portal
• identity and KYC data already held for the facility;
• wallet address and signatures used to link the wallet;
• loan and payment records, including amounts, dates, status and, where applicable, collateral or trade particulars; and
• technical logs reasonably required to operate the App.
4. Public blockchain
We may record specified ledger fields on a public blockchain: wallet address; KYC-approved flag; numeric loan identifier; amounts, rates and dates; token balances; and transaction hashes. Any person with those public identifiers may read them. We do not record on-chain your name, Hong Kong Identity Card or passport numbers, bank account details, property address or goods description.
5. Purposes
Administering your facility; providing you with access to your records; on-chain verification; security; and compliance with law.
6. Access in the App
Only the wallet linked to your account can retrieve your back-office record through the App. That restriction does not apply to data already recorded on a public blockchain.
7. Retention
We retain back-office data for the lending relationship and as required by law. Blockchain records, once confirmed, generally cannot be erased.
8. Disclosure
We disclose data to finEm as processor, to professional advisers, and as required by law or a regulator. Public-chain fields are publicly visible by design.
9. Your requests
You may request access to or correction of personal data we hold, subject to Cap. 486. You may ask us to unlink a wallet. We cannot remove data already confirmed on a public blockchain.
